Says Iran was "totally broke" and Biden is "allowing them to get a nuclear weapon"
CENTENNIAL, Colo., — In an exclusive, news-making interview airing live on Real America’s Voice Monday night, President Donald Trump declared that he is prepared to veto renewed authorization for the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act court if Congress does not include “checks and balances” to prevent the court from violating the rights of American citizens.
“A lot of people think it's not necessary. Some people, you know, they say, oh, China and Russia and all this stuff, but they used it against me. And fortunately, it didn't work, but it's not appropriate,” Trump told Real America’s Voice host John Fredericks. “Now there are checks and balances they can put on, but we'll have to see what happens...I’ll have that option fairly soon.”
In an interview that will air just as American Jews are preparing to celebrate the start of Passover, Trump also lambasted the Biden administration’s appeasement of Iran, arguing that the brutal October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas terrorists “would have never happened” if he was president at the time.
"Iran was broke, totally broke. They wouldn't have done what they're doing; they wouldn't have been funding Hamas and Hezbollah and all of them,” Trump said. “Biden will do nothing. He's allowing them to get a nuclear weapon. How Israel and how Jewish people can support this guy is unbelievable... When they have a bomb, I think Israel's in very big trouble.”
